The Well Westlake

Cute decor, nice ambiance, welcoming hosts, delicious food! That’s the best description of The Well! The Well actually stands for eating and living well, which you’ll know after getting there. Do try their lettuce wrap, it refreshing and delicious. Their avocado toast is yum with amazing fresh avocados presented in an amazing manner. Want to try Flourless Chocolate cake? Do try it at well! You can actually taste cocoa in it but the berries and almonds served with their chocolate cake just blend well and make it a good dessert. Not pocket friendly but the food and ambiance make it worth it!

My friend and I recently visited The Well, and we were both thoroughly impressed. Their menu offers a great variety of choices, including many healthy options, which made it easy to find something fresh and satisfying. The service was truly outstanding — attentive, friendly, and genuine — and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The atmosphere, both inside and outside, is absolutely lovely, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. Although I’m not vegan, I decided to try the vegan Caesar salad, and it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. It was so good that I would definitely order it again. We also enjoyed some drinks: the mimosas were excellent — not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. I did try the espresso martini, which was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still well-made; it just wasn’t my personal preference. The bacon was another highlight — thick, meaty, and cooked exactly the way I like it, served in three perfect pieces. My friend ordered the salmon with avocado on bread, which was beautifully presented and equally delicious. She loved it. Overall, I would highly recommend The Well for a meal with friends or family, or for anyone looking for a lighter, healthier dining option in a beautiful setting. It's a real gem, and we definitely need more places like this!

I'm obsessed with this place! I can eat anything I want here and not worry about cross contamination! Food and drinks are amazing! When I'm in town I eat here twice a day and I feel GREAT! I wish Minnesota had one!!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Lauren at The Well. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and well cared for. Lauren took the time to ensure everything was just right and offered excellent recommendations. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail created a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I left feeling completely satisfied. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Lauren’s outstanding service!

Had the best and healthiest breakfast I’ve had in all of Austin. The food was absolutely on point. The bone broth was spectacular, the wagyu steak was cooked to perfection, the tacos were heavenly, and the pancakes were so good I honestly can’t even explain it. The smoothie was fresh and delicious and tied everything together perfectly. The atmosphere at The Well Westlake is just as impressive, calm, beautiful, and welcoming. It was our first time visiting and it will definitely not be our last. Huge shoutout to our server Tiffany, she was an absolute rockstar and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for wellness focused food done right

There’s so many positive things to say about this location. The staff is very friendly, food clean, & vibes on point. We went for lunch and had the House Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Potato and Chorizo Hash. Both were excellent however my freind said the sandwich was a bit oily. Never a dull moment here. 10/10 Free Range Organic Egg

A really cute place to drop by for happy hour. Good cocktails! Healthy menu, good portions for happy hour. Our server was very nice and accommodating. The burger that we got on the happy hour menu, was pretty tasteless is the only complaint. other than that it was good lunch break spot.
